All pricing is per person (pp) unless otherwise noted, plus 5 % GST and any applicable delivery or service fees.

We accept e-transfer, corporate cheque, and all major credit cards (Visa, MC, AMEX). Credit-card payments incur a 2 % processing fee.

Greater Vancouver deliveries range from $25–$50 based on distance. Locations outside GV will be quoted on request.

Yes—staffing is $35/hr per person (4-hour minimum). We handle setup, replenishment, and cleanup.

• Changes (menu or guest count): up to 72 hours before—no fee; 24–72 hours before—25 % adjustment; within 24 hours—full-count billing.

• Cancellations:

  • 14 days before—lose deposit only

  • 7–14 days before—50 % of total

  • <7 days before—100 % of total

We rent compostable plates, cutlery & napkins. China & metal cutlery are $3 pp (includes pickup & cleaning). Linens, glassware, and specialty items are available on request.

No—our staff collects all rentals at the end of your event (unless otherwise arranged).

Inform us of any dietary restrictions when booking. We use dedicated prep areas and labeling to minimize cross-contact but cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

All food is prepared under Vancouver Coastal Health guidelines. Staff are ServSafe-certified and trained in temperature control and sanitary handling.
